Front Desk

Miranda joined the Brick City Cat Hospital in May of 2012. She likes working directly with the clients and their kitties. When not answering phones or writing up charts, she loves to dance or be on stage. She has four furry children at home. However, all the kitties at Brick City are part of her extended family.

Front Desk

Veronica came to us in 2009 after spending 10 years at the Humane Society of Marion County. She first fell in love with caring for animals while in high school when she became employed by the Puss & Pooch Motel in her local town in Pennsylvania. She learned the basics of animal boarding and grooming at that facility and then went on to expand her knowledge through personal studies and research. In her spare time Veronica designs and sells traditional Native American clothing. She also enjoys spending quality time with her large family of furry children and her 5 grandchildren.

Front Desk

Valerie joined the practice in the front office in the spring of 2017. She received her degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech in 1986 and has worked with animals ever since in both the veterinary and zoological fields, touring the continental states for several years giving educational animal programs with her husband before becoming the Education Director at the Catoctin Zoo.  After moving to Florida she started teaching zoo students and has been Education Curator with a local not for profit zoo since 1994. She has 4 cats, 2 dogs, raises Animal Ambassadors for the zoo and owns registered Morgan horses.

Karin has been with us since 2005. She has been working in the animal science field for several years and really enjoys taking care of our boarders. Her specialty is making sure every pet feels like they are at home here while their owners are away. She makes sure that they're given a lot of extra TLC. She also helps out as a veterinary assistant when needed. When not at work, she enjoys spending time at home with her family, her horses, and trail riding with her husband.

Hannah joined the practice in 2015. She specializes in spoiling our boarding kitties, and helping out the technicians when needed. She has been called a cat whisperer by the staff, as she has a special gift for making them feel loved. Hannah is studying with a goal of becoming a cardiac nurse. When not busy with her career and the hospital, she enjoys spending time with her family and the four kitties at home lucky enough to be hers.
