New Client Policy
Now Welcoming New Patients!
We’re delighted to welcome new feline friends and their families to Brick City Cat Hospital!
Personalized Care from a Familiar Team
Choosing a privately owned veterinary hospital means becoming part of a practice where long term relationships matter. We want to know your cat—not simply the reason for today’s appointment. We value continuity of care here at Brick City Cat Hospital. Our doctors and staff work closely together, so your cat’s medical history, individual needs, and ongoing treatment remain familiar to our team from visit to visit.By keeping your cat’s preventive, medical, and surgical care within our hospital whenever possible, our doctors can follow changes over time, coordinate treatment, and make recommendations based on a complete understanding of your cat’s health. We know your cat is family, and we’re honored to be considered for their care. We look forward to building a lasting relationship with you and your feline friend!

Help Us Get to Know Your Cat
Before your cat’s first appointment, please ask every veterinary clinic your cat has visited to send us a complete copy of their medical records. We ask for the records in advance of your visit, so that we can review it and have an understanding of your cat’s medical history when you arrive.Having the full history helps our doctor understand what has already been done, avoid unnecessary repetition, and provide thoughtful, continuous care from the very first visit. Please request:
- Doctor examination and progress notes
- Laboratory results
- X-rays, ultrasound reports, and other diagnostic imaging
- Complete vaccination history
- Current and previous medications and dosages
- Medical diagnoses and ongoing health conditions
- Surgical and treatment history
